OverviewThe Administrator, Compensation & Benefits provides analytical, technical, and administrative support to the Total Rewards department on daily activities related to compensation and benefits initiatives. Serves as liaison between vendors, Total Rewards department, and employees.ResponsibilitiesBenefits Support* Administration of executive benefit programs, including Executive Deferral Plan/Excess DCRB, Executive Long Term Disability, Executive Life Insurance, Excess Pension, SRIP plans, annual imputed income, and the COLI policies.* Assist with annual pension contribution and valuation data, production of Total Rewards Statements, and proxy reporting of other compensation.* Ensure competitive benefit programs through regular survey participation and benchmarking exercises. Maintain the integrity of benefits data in our benefits database by partnering with global human resouces partners and contracted benefits consultants to audit and adjust data on an ongoing basis.* Assist with compliance against various US and global regulations. Partner with Human Resources and Finance to complete annual governance process for retirement plans.* Manage the administration of the global healthcare plan for US expatriates and key TCNs. Set-up and coordinate contribution to foreign Social Security agencies when appropriate.* Administer the Tuition Reimbursement and Forgivable Loan programs.* Assist with annual open enrollment (set-up, employee or HR questions, communication, etc.).Compensation Support* Provide day to day support of compensation related requests. Communicate general compensation practice and guidance to global HR partners. Utilize expert knowledge and understanding of HR systems (PeopleSoft) and compensation practices to provide ongoing support to global HR partners.* Centrally coordinate global compensation survey participation efforts. Develop global survey submission calendar to optimize and inventory survey participation and results. Participate in annual compensation surveys; partner with global HR to ensure appropraite and consistent data submission practices. Manage and update global compensation survey database (CompAnalyst)* Partner with cross-functional groups (HR, HR Systems, Finance, Total Rewards, Legal) to ensure alignment and proper administration of compensation programs and services and to resolve issues.* Partner with HR teams to support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of compensation related programs; coordinate with key partners on programs, projects, and initiatives.* Support annual compensation processes (merit, bonus, equity). Assist with quarterly bonus accrual, bi-monthly equity administration, and annual salary increase budgets.* Support expatriate/global assignee administration: including expense management and tracking, budgeting, payroll maintenance, global tax compliance, reporting, etc.Data Management* Partner with global HR partners, payroll, finance and other departments as needed to ensure data maintenance and compensation and benefits-related actions. Consider the impact of how certain decisions may impact others.* Run and distribute monthly reports for compensation team, HR and other business partners.* Consider opportunities to improve data management and data processes.Administrative Department Support* Review department schedules bi-weekly for timesheet submissions* Process all invoices for payments and check requests for all Total Rewards cost centers.* Reconcile and monitor monthly expense reporting with respect to department annual spend. Support the development of and assist in the tracking of department budget. Partner with finance teams as appropriate to track any areas of concern.* Support the annual Business Continuity Plan.* Maintain information on department intranet sites. Maintain files on shared compensation and benefits drives.Ad Hoc Projects* Support compensation and benefits teams on special projects as needed (data gathering, analysis, reporting, presentations, etc.).QualificationsRequired Qualifications* Bachelors degree in a related area such as HR, Finance, Business or Economics.* High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office programs - Excel, PowerPoint and Word.* Very high attention to detail.* Superior organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in order to deliver results.* Analytical thinker with inherent curiosity about data. Able to work with large data samples to ensure data accuracy, identify patterns and potential issues, and recommend solutions.* Excellent communication, customer service and partnership skills. Able to articulate complex compensation or data related topics in an organized and professional manner.* Ability to adapt and manage a variety of different tasks with skill.Preferred Qualifications* Experience with web-based HR enterprise systems, particularly PeopleSoft.* 1-2 years of progressive experience in HR, Compensation, Benefits, Finance, Payroll or HR Systems.#LI-POST9
