The Digital Process Technician is an integral member of the Process Innovation team and will help bring robotic process automation (RPA) to life by building bots to automate time consuming and non-value add activities throughout The Foundling Consults with teams to understand business processes identified as candidates for process automation Creates low level technical design for RPA implementation projects Designs, codes and tests with end-users process automation using RPA tool UiPath Provides support post-production by maintaining and monitoring automated RPA processes As a Digital Process Technician, the team member will participate comfortably with general supervision, take ownership of systems and projects, and follow issues through to completion in order to contribute to the growth and mission success of the organization. Applies systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine software or system functional specifications. Designs, develops, documents, analyzes, creates, tests or modifies supported software and/or business applications based on and related to user or system design specifications. The Digital Process Technician provides the technical skills to implement technical strategies, occasionally evaluate products and provide a superior level of support. Must possess technical skills as well as customer-services skills; all Digital Transformation Services roles are user-facing.
Education and/or Experience Expectations: Although a BA/BS degree is preferred, Vocational degree (or equivalent) from an accredited university and/or 1 to 2+ years related experience in computer sciences is required. 1+ years of experience in business process analysis preferred.
Certificiates, Licenses and Registrations: Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification a plus

Technical Skills: Understanding of Robotics Process Automation(RPA) or any other Workflow Automation tool preferred Well-organized, able to juggle many simultaneous tasks and changing priorities Familiarity with ServiceNow a plus Familiarity with Process Mining software like Celonis a plus A well-rounded skill set is preferable to deep knowledge in any one technical area
