Job Description



As a Product Manager, you will work to identify, develop and implement a product line that meets the business goals and long term vision of the category. You will effectively manage the product creation process from design creation to commercialization of the product line.


  • Develop and execute a business plan, following the budget and taking into account manufacturing, cost, and market requirements
  • Achieve sales revenue, unit margins, and brand share objectives for your category
  • Incorporate information from Manufacturing, Sales, Supply Chain, Design, Development, and Global Marketing to effectively market specific products and product lines
  • Conduct market and trend research to gain a full understanding of the needs of the target market in order build a superior product line
  • Create product vision for the designers and act as a clearing house for creative input
  • Cultivate industry knowledge and continually evaluate competitors to capitalize on market opportunities
  • Communicate goals, expectations, and responsibilities surrounding product to the appropriate teams and management
  • Deliver presentations to senior management and customers

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related area; MBA preferred
  • 6+ years' experience in a Product Management environment and/or Footwear industry
  • Superior problem solving and presentation skills
  • Frequent domestic and international travel
