Responsibilities:

You will conduct in-depth data analysis to deliver actionable insights for our growing roster of large clients, enabling them to make strategic decisions about their marketing campaigns. In addition, insights will be used to build awareness around ShareThis data and position us as thought leaders within the industry. The ideal candidate is a creative and ambitious self-starter with the ability to find nuggets of information that differentiate ShareThis in the minds of our partners and customers.

* Craft compelling stories utilizing the ShareThis data set to drive awareness and usage of our data products among leading marketer clients.


* Work hand-in-hand with our sales team to define insights requirements and manage a pipeline of opportunities.


* Carry out ad hoc descriptive analysis according to business needs and be able to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.


* Monitor core marketing metrics to improve insights support and identify areas of opportunity.



Requirements:

* Strong creative and analytical skills


* Thrives in navigating massive amounts of data.


* Expert in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (e.g. Domo, Tableau, etc.).


* Experience constructing complex data queries using SQL or a similar tool as part of performing in-depth data analysis.


* Excellent verbal, visual, and written communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex data into actionable insights.


* High attention to detail, organization, and team-orientation.


* Demonstrated ability to tell meaningful stories with data


* Familiarity with media, marketing and programmatic advertising landscape a plus
