This will be a two (2) year program with an additional two (2) year commitment, after all the training has been completed.
Candidates will need to submit resume and/or application with experience and qualifications listed to the HR Department.
Candidate(s) will take the Ramsey test to determine a base line. This test will be given again after 12 months of the first test to get a comparison of the two. This test will be given again after 24 months of the first test to get a final score.
Apprentice must complete 4 of the 17 outline courses, with course availability and at least 36.5 hours of the recommended TPC courses.
Apprentice must pass all offsite and internal courses with a 75% or above.
Training will be a combination of off-site, in-house, and hands-on training. The Maintenance Manager or his/her designate will schedule hours to correspond with the course outline. (courses will be site specific)
The associate will be assigned a mentor. The mentor will be a person that has the knowledge of the facilities equipment and company?s procedures and is capable of developing the Apprentice to achieve a successful result.
Upon completion of the program the apprentice will be transferred from the Apprenticeship Program to a Maintenance Technician position.

High School or better.
