This position provides high growth potential for candidates looking to build a career in a growing industry.Execute client strategy and tactics needed to meet client revenue, growth and ROI goalsResponsible for day-to-day affiliate program operations, process and QAComplete and analyze all reporting/data to evaluate client and publisher segment performance, and determine areas of opportunity and riskDevelop and complete weekly spend reports; analyze impact of new partners, reactivated partners, increased commission rates and media placementsProvide reporting and analysis of Ad hoc projectsConduct ongoing analysis, re-forecasting and optimization to deliver on our commitmentsUtilize data to drive analysis and identify areas of risk, opportunity and growth for clients' affiliate programsFocus on relationship building, negotiation, and communication with affiliates to improve performanceNegotiate, plan, and schedule media placements; provide post recap analysesGuide affiliate recruitment and segmentation strategyEngage with existing and new affiliates to present new partnerships/media opportunities to achieve goalsIdentify and act on opportunities to broker relationships between your portfolio of clients and publishers to improve performance and profitabilityPerform competitive research and auditsCreate and distribute creative assets and marketing materialEnsuring best practices are used in account management overallCollaborate with Client Services to execute against client objectivesParticipate in weekly client calls and quarterly business reviews and recommendationsHave understanding of internet marketing and promotional methods such as PPC, SEO, and Loyalty etc.Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or four years of professional business experience.2-3 years marketing experience, Affiliate experience preferredStrong analytical focus, ability to aggregate and manipulate large data setsHave the ability to multitask and execute tasks; detail orientedHave excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience using with PCs, Windows, MS Word. Advanced user of MS Excel, PowerPoint.Personal sense of integrity, commitment and professionalism.
