This person will report to the Senior Director of Marketing and will leverage traditional and non-traditional media to support our business goals across product lines. This role is highly collaborative, partnering closely with a growth leads for each product line, our brand/creative studio, as well as our consumer insights team.We are looking for an analytical, creative leader with experience in offline and online media, and developing and measuring campaigns to support business goals. You'll be responsible for managing agencies and vendors, as well as an internal team focused specifically on digital marketing. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build out how we approach new channels and media strategies as we continue to grow and expand.Core Responsibilities* Manage multi-million dollar media budgets across multiple product lines and markets (B2C and B2B)* Align media strategy to company and marketing strategy based on consumer insights, audience segments, and campaign objectives* Manage in-house digital marketers responsible for online/digital channels, including paid search, display, and video* Responsible for reporting and sharing effectiveness of all campaigns with a focus on constantly improvement and efficiencies* Identify unique and new channels to test and optimize for various audiences across the business (i.e. providers)* Manage media agency to develop media strategies and plans that align with full funnel business objectives; track campaign analysis, optimization and reporting.* Partner with Brand teams to ensure coordination of media with creative efforts* Develop and grow direct relationships with key media vendors* Identify opportunities for cross-channel opportunities and efficienciesJob Specification* 10+ years related experience* Proven ability to think strategically, with a balanced analytical and creative approach* Ability to develop and advocate for strong integrated campaigns across a range of audiences and markets, and get buy-in across the organization* Deep knowledge and experience with multiple communication channels* Experience with media measurement technologies, including marketing mix modeling and media attribution solutions preferred* Current knowledge of industry trends and innovations in media* Proven leadership ability and experience managing a team* Proven ability to collaborate across teams effectively* Self-driven, confident and analytical* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to ever-changing scenariosAt Oscar, being an Equal Opportunity Employer means more than upholding discrimination-free hiring practices.
