Entry-level implementation professional who analyzes customer needs , configures the solution, and installs it at the customer site.
Ensure the solution meets specifications and functions per customer specific operational work flow for multiple concepts, users, and service models. Resolve any gaps in functionality. Train the staff on the use of the new solution, and take the site live on the system after everything has been configured and everyone is trained. Ensure a smooth transition to the new system. Answer operational and application questions and consult the customer in a manner to transfer ownership of the system to the customer. After \"go-live\", provide technical support to the customer.

PropertyManagement System (PMS) Implementation Consultants analyze customer needs,configure the solution,and ensures the OPERA PMS software has been installedand configured correctly for the particular client. Our ImplementationConsultants also provide client training on the PMS solution.
ImplementationConsultants ensure that our PMS solutions meet all of the specifications andfunctions that are unique to each of our hospitality clients. Implementation Consultants resolve any gaps in product functionality andtrain our clients how to use the new product. They are also responsiblefor taking the client live on the system after everything has been configuredand everyone is trained. Implementation Consultants are accountable forensuring a smooth transition and positive user experience. They areavailable to answer operational and application questions during theimplementation process and after \"go-live\". They are subjectmatter experts in the PMS products. Candidates must have the ability to communicate effectively and build rapportwith team members and clients. This position requires a high amount of travel.The ability to travel as needed which can include weekends and holidays is amust. Candidates can be based anywhere in the Continental US, ideallyclose to a metropolitan airport. Training in the Opera Products will beprovided at our Columbia, Maryland location.
Preference isgiven to individuals which have the below skills and knowledge:
2 years or more experience working in the Hospitality Industry (Hotels and Restaurants)
Experience as user of POS Systems helpful
Experience as user of Opera Property management such as but not limited to (PMS, S&C, OXI, IFC, OVOS)
Technical experience as it relates to installing Hardware and troubleshooting that Hardware
Knowledge of Cloud based software systems
Knowledge of XML language is a plus
