Nexagen Networks has an opening for a Cybersecurity Engineer/Analyst, Journeymanin Pax River, MD. TheCybersecurity Engineer/Analyst, Journeymanwill conductand supportCybersecurity through all phases of the system development life cycle, including planning, requirements analysis, design, development, testing and evaluation, and implementation. This position is pending award by Federal Government.

Job Description:

  • Conducts and supports Cybersecurity through all phases of the system development life cycle, including planning, requirements analysis, design, development, testing and evaluation, and implementation.
  • Supports analysis of complex functions and requirements.
  • Ensures conformance with appropriate and applicable policies and regulations.
  • Supports development of logical and physical solution for the implementation of Cybersecurity.
  • Reviews and prepares documents and presentations

  • Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information systems, engineering, scientific or a mathematics-intensive discipline. Two years of relevant experience with an Associates degree will be considered the equivalent of a Bachelors degree. Four years of relevant experience will be considered equivalent to a Bachelors degree
  • At least six (6) years in a related field conducting and supporting Cybersecurity through all phases of the system development life cycle, including planning, requirements analysis, design, development, testing and evaluation, and implementation
  • Ability to obtain and maintain aTop Secret clearance with the Federal government.
