Position Summary NYU s prestigious Leonard N. Stern School of Business has a challenging opportunity for an Associate Director, Global Executive Education. The Associate Director will generate inbound leads, develop new business and foster existing client relationships. This position will draft competitive proposals and contracts for prospective clients, manage the flow of client communication and follow up, nurture robust relationships with existing and prospective clients, and conduct market and competitive research in an effort to enhance the Stern School of Business Executive Education brand and drive enrollments in non-degree Executive Education programs. S/he will also plan, staff and manage the logistics and operations of multiple custom programs and special events with corporate clients. The Associate Director will work closely with the non-degree Executive Education marketing to maintain an effective and cohesive customer acquisition strategy and execution. With the assistance of outside vendors, the Associate Director will also lead the design, development and implementation of new technology initiatives in support of the overall mission of the Global Executive Education group. Qualifications Candidates will have a Bachelor s degree along with 5 years of relevant professional level experience or the equivalent combination. S/he must have experience in business development, admissions, recruitment or other client-facing positions, such as executive education, business development, training, learning and development, or a related area. The selected candidate will have the ability to develop the School's relationships with corporate firms in order to increase interest and participation in executive education programs. Excellent presentation, networking, and written and verbal communication skills are required. The ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, both domestically and internationally, as well as manage multiple tasks/projects and satisfy multiple high level constituencies is essential. Candidates with an MBA or Master s degree in a related field are preferred.
