Position Summary The Associate Director, Experiential Learning and Professional Development directs the strategy and execution of all National and International experiential learning and professional development programs in ALT. Develop a strategic plan and recruitment strategy, to continually strengthen travel programs for experiential learning and professional development programs. Manage short-term emersion programs, recruitment plans and the budget for Executive Education Initiatives. Develop long-term marketing plan for programs and services. Oversee the fee for service budgets. Supervise staff. Qualifications Required Education: Bachelor's Degree and Preferred Education: Master's Degree of Art degree in Higher Education Administration, Counseling and Guidance and/or International Education Required Experience: 3+ years relevant experience or equivalent combination. Must include experience developing and implementing programs and activities, advising, and marketing. Preferred Experience: Global programming, internship develop and training experience desired. Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent organizational and written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of budget management expense tracking. Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Knowledge of Microsoft Access. Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM system. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work with a team.
