Position SummaryRepresent NYU to a wide and diverse audience in high schools and community colleges around the United States. Advise prospective students, Profiles and high school/transfer counselors regarding admissions policies, procedures, academic programs and financial aid opportunities. Evaluate and recommend admission of students to assigned School; review and evaluate credentials; advise prospective students regarding policies and procedures.Qualifications Required Education: Bachelor's Degree and Required Experience: 3+ years relevant professional level experience in an admissions office or equivalent combination. Must include experience with advising/counseling, team leading, and/or staff training/development. Preferred Experience: 3+ years experience in a project team leadership role. Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills. Ability to market the University independently and provide leadership within a team frame. Extensive travel and weekend hours required. Valid Driver's License required.
