Our Boston office is hiring for a part-time Administrative Assistant to support our office of recruiters Tuesdays and Thursdaysfrom 10AM to 2PM. Set in historic Back Bay, steps from the Public Gardens, our office is a casual environment with some the best office perks imaginable!
Assist with general computer/equipment issues as needed
Set up desk space for new staff members as needed
Make bank deposits
Assist executives in projects and active searches
Update and maintain records and contact databases
Online research for job candidates (utilizing various job sourcing platforms i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter; CareerBuilder; Monster; Lead 411; D&B Hoovers, etc.)
* NO cold calling required.
$12.00 per hour
On-site, comprehensive training

MBTA bus and subway reimbursement
Microsoft applications: Outlook; Excel; Word
Internet knowledge: social networking; researching; sourcing
Professional appearance and attitude
Reliable and punctual
Basic, working knowledge of computer equipment
