The Microsoft Dynamics Consulting Practice is looking for an ERP Consultant who has a mix of hands on exposure to business applications implementation and business acumen.
This role requires **Supply Chain** **and Manufacturing** knowledge as well as the ability to implement solutions by mapping common customer business problems to reusable end-to-end business application solutions. Demonstrated ability to engage in business decision makers discussions related to business processes, agility, business value, and end to end information technology and security is also a must.
The Consultant will be a key delivery team resource for the largest, most complex, and most strategic projects for professional services enterprise customers.
The Dynamics AX Consultant will have a passion for the customer which is demonstrated through professionalism and striving for excellence in all aspects of the customer experience.
The ERP Consultant must apply analysis skills and experience in principals of an ERP solution to provide detailed reliable solutions and quality deliverables. To be credible you must have current experience with implementing large ERP engagements.
Knowledge and experience assisting customers with planning, testing and deploying solutions is required, including the following:
Demonstrated experience at presenting complex development topics to both functional and technical personnel Knowledge of full application life cycle design tools and methodologies, including Agile methods Demonstrated consulting skills
Large enterprise deployment experience in complex environments
Ability to act in \"roll up the sleeves\" level of actually doing all phases of an application delivery project
The successful candidate will have a BS/BA degree or equalivant work experience along with 3+ years of ERP consulting experience and at least two years of relevant industry (Supply Chain or Manufacturing) experience.
Candidates should also have experience through at least one full lifecycle ERP project implementation and a minimum of two years of financial business process experience.
Customer management skills are a requirement.
Flexible with travel. Travel (75-100%) is an integral part of this job as well as high levels of recognition and visibility. Living close to a major city/airport will be an advantage.
