The Senior Marketing Manager is a key player in driving growth of the our CPG wellness brand that is New York brand through the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing, merchandising and promotional strategies across new product innovation and strategic core products, with a key focus on driving brand awareness and new consumer acquisition!

Supports the Vice President of Marketing in creating innovative and effective 360? marketing campaigns, creating ideas that can be carried out across every consumer touch point, with focus on digital and social.Writes creative briefs, manages internal/external agency partners, productions, timelines, outcome of deliverables and keeps all channel leads and cross-functional partners informed of changes and/or delays.
Develops impactful, innovative in-store elements, including permanent and seasonal merchandising elements.
Develops new, innovative methods for selling new/core products on QVC
Develops and maintains robust promotional calendar for the brand, including new, core and kit promotions for all retailers.
Lead concepting, development and execution for Holiday promotions
Researches and evaluates new and innovative marketing tactics, agencies and partnerships to continuously evolve marketing plans
Stays abreast of competition, new launches and market performance through on-going research and NPD reporting/analytics
Presents strategies, campaigns and analyses at internal meetings, external retailer meetings and to senior leadership teams.
Ensures proper collection and monitoring of data to assess ongoing performance and KPI tracking
Analyzes post-campaign performance and assesses learnings to report ROI and direct future campaign planning
Bachelors degree required, MBA strongly preferredBeauty Industry experience strongly preferred, particularly working with QVC and/or Ulta
5-7 years of relevant experience developing and executing launch strategies and marketing campaigns
Strong analytical skills and financial acumen required
Up-to-date on current industry/marketing trends, retail innovation, and consumer behavior; deep understanding of social and digital media
Strategic and creative thinker, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Solution-oriented and resourceful with strong ability to problem-solve, particularly in ambiguous situations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Effective partner/retailer management skills
Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task
Strong leadership skills coupled with ability to collaborate with all
