KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Risk Strategy & Compliance - Risk Analytics for our Risk Advisory Solutions practice.


* Manage teams for commercial mortgage backed securitized transactions including CRE CLOs (commercial real estate collateralized loan obligations), SASBs (single asset single borrower) and Conduit transactions
* Use third party software Collateral Analysis System (CAS) to develop templates used in the analysis
* Review offering documents for accuracy
* Prepare client deliverables (agreed-upon procedures report) and associated working papers supporting our findings
* Meet engagement deadlines and budgets, as well as maintain compliance with internal risk policy requirements
* Interact with clients and team members to achieve engagement objectives


* A minimum of five years of experience, preferably with previous experience in securitization and/or commercial real estate documentation
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Math or statistics from an accredited college/university with a strong GPA
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task many activities
* Working knowledge of commercial real estate loan documentation such as loan agreements, mortgages, appraisals, environmental reports, title policies, engineering reports, rent rolls, underwriting schedules is preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on critical analytical and independent thinking, yet working within a team framework
* Strong excel and data management skills and previous experience with CAS is preferred
* Ability to travel as necessary
