KPMG is currently seeking a Conference Services Representative to join our Integrated Office Network organization.

Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent on-site customer service collaborating and engaging with clients on complex events/meeting
* Promote fluid communication between conference services team and reservation holders; before, during and after the execution of their meeting/event
* Clearly communicate to all relevant internal departments and vendor regarding the specific needs of each reservation including: room setup, audio visual and food and beverage requirements
* Prioritize and create new meeting room reservations as requested; while providing outstanding customer service

Qualifications:

* Minimum of one year of related experience preferably within Conference Services and in a professional services environment
* High School diploma or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college/university is preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
* Ability to work a flexible schedule; early morning or evenings as the event/meeting schedule dictates
