About the Team

The Strategic Growth Program Management Team is responsible for product strategy, development and commercialization of both high and low value payments services that J.P. Morgan delivers to Financial Institution, Non-Bank Financial Institution, Corporate and Commercial Bank clients globally. These services include Direct Clearing as well as Correspondent based settlement solutions to the client. Given the geographic footprint of the payment businesses, services and clients that the Global Payment Strategy deliverables will support, the team is deployed globally across the WHEM, EMEA and APAC regions. The team is also responsible for the long term wholesale payment strategy of growing markets, payment capabilities, and client services globally for all client segments.

About the Position

Responsible for program management of the eWallet initiative and assuring connectivity with partners across the firm to track and manage all aspects of the program. The role includes extensive collaboration with Product, Operations, Technology, Risk/Compliance, Treasury, Credit, Tax and Legal.

Key responsibilities:

* Support the eWallet Program end-to-end execution, including:
* Partnering with Product, Tech, Ops and other cross impacted program management teams to ensure all deliverables and projects are delivered on schedule.


* Identifying, resolving & escalating any dependencies, risks and issues.


* Ensuring team members are productively engaged and have a platform for success.


* Maintaining program updates via project plan, scorecards and presentations to senior management.




* 5+ years experience in Program Management and the execution of large, global, complex projects within a Wholesale, Investment or Commercial bank.


* Solid track record of success in developing and implementing large-scale initiatives.


* Experience with and/or prior collaboration with Operations and Technology.


* Influencing skills with internal partnerships.


* Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions.


* Strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and drive tactical execution.


* Superior presentation and communication skills and can sell self and ideas.


* Ability to proactively distribute thought expertise.


* Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred, PMP preferred.


* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Project.
