The JPMorgan Chase Employer Brand Marketing team creates and manages global integrated recruitment marketing campaigns across the firm's J.P. Morgan and Chase businesses. These campaigns support firmwide efforts to attract top talent in our B2B, B2C and operations functions. Campaign elements include: research, strategy setting, content development, event management and more.

As a Brand Manager focused on technology talent attraction, you'll drive global marketing campaigns that promote careers in technology at JPMorgan Chase. You will play an integral role in strategy development, production and execution of integrated activations to attract tech talent to the firm. With the scale of our businesses, our technologists impact millions of consumers, thousands of enterprise clients and the firm's 250,000+ employees. Our team of 50,000+ technologists across 19 strategic locations design, build and deploy everything from enterprise technology, to client-facing mobile solutions, and drive innovation across digital payments, cybersecurity, machine learning and cloud development.

Key Responsibilities:

Attracting the best and brightest tech talent starts with you and your leadership in this role! You will partner closely with internal marketing teams, technologists, recruiting leadership and external agencies to build and implement campaigns to attract top tech talent to JPMorgan Chase globally. You will manage the strategy and oversee the execution of the work. You'll also be responsible for ensuring that the work is grounded in research and insights relevant to the target audience.

The work is very dynamic, including, but not limited to:

* Serving as an expert on the tech industry and tech talent needs. Managing research, rankings, competitive intelligence and insights for global tech and ensuring data and insights are available to inform broader campaign decisions
* Establishing recruitment marketing strategies for firm-sponsored initiatives and identifying ways to scale existing partnerships to impact recruiting goals
* Developing and implementing campaigns, marketing touchpoints and experiences aligned to strategic technology talent initiatives
* Partnering with external agencies as well as the Employer Brand Activation team to develop and execute brand programs that raise the profile of the firm and create valuable experiences for tech candidates worldwide
* Partnering with the Employer Brand Experiential lead on go-to-market strategies for marquee tech recruiting trade shows (e.g. Grace Hopper)
* Identifying new ways to integrate digital touchpoints and platforms into live event experiences
* Establishing and tracking budgets and key KPIs aligned to initiatives
* Building and managing strong relationships with key business stakeholders, internal partners and global team members
* Overseeing the logistics and process improvements for your core scope and select vendor relationships
* Serving as an internal thought leader - driving the adoption of key brand strategies and best practices across recruiting efforts
* Collaborating on cross-functional projects aligned to recruitment marketing campaigns that may not necessary be related to technology

Skills required:

The ideal candidate has a strong interest in marketing and technology and possesses expert analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize data points, spot trends and make strategic recommendations. It is critical for the candidate to be able to manage projects and assignments in a very fast-paced environment. A background in brand management and experience at a prominent tech company would be considered an asset. We also look for candidates with the following qualities:

* Strong marketing acumen with an ability to identify opportunities, deliver results, and adjust plans as needed
* Experience working with marketing and experiential production agencies
* Ability to succeed in a fast paced, fluid environment with tight deadlines
* Good sense of humor, positive attitude and flexibility
* Strong partnership and influencing skills
* Strong communication, interpersonal skills and proven leadership ability
* Proven ability to navigate and lead effectively in a matrix organization
* Self-starter; able to work independently, but also as part of a global team
* Willingness to join early morning and evening calls as needed to communicate with global team
* Occasional travel may be required
