Director Loyalty Analysis & OperationsPosition SummaryThe Director of Loyalty Marketing Analysis & Operations is responsible for the analysis and day-to-day operations of JetBlue's customer loyalty and personalization programs. Scope includes the loyalty P&L and management of the JetBlue Card co-brand credit card with Barclays. JetBlue is in the midst of high investment and rapid growth in the loyalty space, so the ideal candidate must be creative, nimble, possess excellent leadership skills, and be able to manage a complex scope of work across the organization. The Director Loyalty Analysis & Operations reports to the Vice President of Loyalty and Personalization.Essential Responsibilities* Owns the analysis and operations of JetBlue's customer loyalty programs, including the profit and loss, KPIs, and performance targets* Works closely with the Customer Insights team on developing a series of meaningful reports that closely monitors overall program, customer sentiment, and tactical offers* Oversees a multi card co-brand portfolio across the U.S., Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic, as well as points transfer partnerships with major credit card providers* Works with the business partners' insights teams to look for additional growth opportunities for the co-brand cards or JetBlue as a whole* Seeks out additional international co-brand and points transfer partnership growth opportunities* Works with Airline Partnerships team to create and develop partner programs including airline earn/burn loyalty partnerships* Develops a tailored marketing strategy to drive new sources of revenue* Works with marketing, finance, IT counterparts, and business partners in developing strategic marketing plans and overseeing execution of all aspects of credit card and partnership programs* All other duties as assignedMinimum Experience and Qualifications* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field* Seven (7) years of relevant work experience* Strong planning and analytical skills* Available for occasional travel (20%)* Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously* Strong verbal and written communications skills* Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills* Pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test* Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is locatedPreferred Experience and Qualifications* Master's in Business Administration* Five (5) years' experience in a leadership role* Three (3) years of experience leading large cross-functional teams, including ownership of the master project plan* Three (3) years management experience leading and developing direct reports* Proven track record of direct marketing strategiesCrewmember Expectations:* Regular attendance and punctuality* Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice* Well-groomed and able to maintain a professional appearance* When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft* Must be an appropriate organizational fit for the JetBlue culture, that is, exhibit the JetBlue values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion and Fun* Must fulfill safety accountabilities as prescribed by JetBlue's Safety Management System* Promote JetBlue's #1 value of safety as a Safety Ambassador, supporting JetBlue's Safety Management System (SMS) components, Safety Policy and behavioral standards* Identify safety and/or security concerns, issues, incidents or hazards that should be reported and report them whenever possible and by any means necessary including JetBlue's confidential reporting systems (Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) or Safety Action Report(SAR))* Responsible for adhering to all applicable laws, regulations (FAA, OSHA, DOT, etc.) and Company policies, procedures and risk controls* Uphold JetBlue's safety performance metric goals and understand how they relate to their duties and responsibilitiesEquipment:* Computer and other office equipmentWork Environment:* Normal office environmentPhysical Effort:* Generally not required, or up to 10 pounds occasionally, 0 pounds frequently.
