We're hiring in IBM Watson Health Marketing - looking for strong marketing professionals that can enhance our buyer's experience with us. You should possess strong business acumen and communication skills, the ability to project manage multi threaded projects, be able to work across virtual teams and tackle complex challenges head on. You must show proven results in your past experience building leads and pipeline for complex products in the B2B space.
The campaign manager is responsible for the end to end client journey creation and optimization. You are responsible for driving demand for the Life Sciences portfolio in Watson Health - through campaign design, digital promotion, events, and other forms of outreach. Constant focus on refining and optimizing execution is paramount. Ability to lead and manage multiple projects at the same time is critical to success in this role as well as strong communication skills, ability to derive insights from data, and ability to work in agile fashion.
Day to day:
+ Bringing an audience-first approach to planning and overseeing campaign strategy, designing the buyer's journey throughout the life of a campaign
+ Development of expertise in the tools and processes used to create and execute campaigns
+ Drive agile practices in execution and continuous improvement
+ Develop testing approaches to drive optimization
+ Ensure end to end execution - strong digital support, well integrated event strategy and conversion
+ Deliver outstanding results, on time and on budget
**Required Professional and Technical Expertise**
+ ?5+ years marketing experience in B2B
+ Digital marketing experience - paid search, content syndication, display
+ Experience in Project management,
+ Excellent communication,
+ Ability to manage virtual teams
**Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise**
+ Healthcare marketing experience a plus but not required
