MediaCom is seeking an experienced Global Mobility and Immigration professional to partner with global, regional and local Talent and Recruitment teams to facilitate the global movement of employees and external candidates.

Objectives of the Role

Build relationships with people from many different countries and cultures around the world and grow from those connections. Facilitate professional and personal experiences for employees and their families which they'll remember for all of their lives.

In this role you will:

* Facilitate global transfers within the network (both the matching of talent to open roles and physical relocation), ensuring compliance with all relevant immigration and tax legislation
* Vendor Management: Manage day-to-day interaction with mobility vendors, initiate service, reconcile payment, optimize vendor's service delivery to MediaCom employees
* Employee Relations: Serve as entry point for MediaCom employees interested in exploring mobility, confirm program eligibility, establish and manage expectations
* Business & Talent/Recruitment Relations: Seek ongoing updates from the business in an effort to align talent to business needs
* Relocation Management: Facilitate relocation process from offer approval through post-mortem analysis including relocation letter drafting, finance approvals, vendor initiation and management, Employee relations, Talent and Recruitment Team relations, Business relations, invoice management, and data management
* Mobility Framework: Contribute to ongoing augmentation of mobility policy and processes, systems, and workflow

Measurement of Success:

In three months, you would have:

* Assumed responsibility for managing assigned junior and mid-level level moves
* Have begun to develop strong collaborative relationships with assigned market level Talent and Recruitment leads

In six months, you would have:

* Assumed responsibility for managing assigned US immigration cases with WPP law firm, Fragomen
* Developed strong consultative relationships with MediaCom mobility stakeholders

In 12 months, you would have:

* Contributed to an overall improvement in employee satisfaction with MediaCom relocations
* Contributed to a greater stakeholder adherence to mobility program management objectives, policies and processes
* Contributed to an assessment and potential transition of mobility vendors

Requirements:

* Minimum 8 years in global mobility
* Experience across all facets of mobility including immigration, tax, candidate assessment, intercultural training, and relocation vendor management
* US mobility experience is required; experience managing mobility on a global level is appealing
* Experience working in both matrixed organizations and on virtual teams is preferred
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* An ability to work with colleagues across multiple cultures and at varying levels of seniority
* The ability and willingness to attend to the smallest of relocation planning details whilst also contributing to the strategic vision for the MediaCom mobility program
* The ability to work virtually with teammates in many different time zones
