Business Analyst, Assurance, Financial Accounting Advisory Services, (Global Treasury Advisory Services) (Manager) (Multiple Positions), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, New York, NY.
Advise public and private corporations, financial services organizations, government agencies and not-for-profits organizations on business and operational matters regarding transforming their treasury operations into efficient and value-driven teams. Gather organization performance information to conduct business requirements and gap analysis. Participate in business modeling, blueprint (mapping) and integration workshops to develop operational solutions regarding organizations' treasury functions. Develop process flows and detailed process design documentation; functional specifications; master data definitions; inbound / outbound interface design and data migration strategy. Advise on integration with external systems. Provide end-user training and support. Specific areas of focus include but not limited to: In-House cash; House bank structure; Bank communications; Bank account G/L structure; Inter-company processes; Payment processing; Collection processing; and Liquidity planning.
Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Information Technology or related and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience in the financial services industry. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Information Technology or related and 4 years of related work experience in the financial services industry.
Must have 4 years of experience in Treasury organizational structure and transformation.
Must have 4 years of experience in large global corporate treasury department or in a treasury consultant role.
Must have 4 years of experience with Financial risk management (currency, interest rate, commodity); cash and liquidity management; bank relationship management; treasury technology; international treasury centers; debt and investment management; and governance, controls and regulation; and hedge accounting.
Must have CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) certification or foreign equivalent.
Requires travel up to 80%, of which 10% may be international to serve client needs.
