We are looking for a Creative Strategist who is able to take an idea from the concept stage and carry it all the way through the creative process. You will guide company-wide RFP responses, influencer partnerships, and production of creative campaigns for Fortune 500 brands across Automotive, TV/Film, Lifestyle, Fashion & Beauty, Sports, Gaming, etc.
Day to Day: Answering RFPs and developing creative strategies/big ideas that exemplify our proprietary data tools and your own creative prowess. Planning and producing social content , campaign ideas, copy, visual ideas, etc., across all major platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, and YouTube. Work with internal designers to create compositions that bring ideas to life with big-picture thinking in line with industry best practices. Creative ideations, short & long term brand storytelling, content creation, visual cultivation, production, etc. Communicate creative concepts clearly into a thoughtful and detailed strategy across the execution, sales, design and research teams Partner with influencers to develop compelling content for campaigns. Manage time effectively and work against tight deadlines. Bring industry knowledge and suggestions to continuously improve interdepartmental communication between creative, execution, sales, design and research teams. Requirements: Bachelors Degree 4-6 years experience within a creative or strategic planning role at an ad agency, publisher, platform, or creative agency Strong copywriting and creative content development skills Experience with social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube and paid advertising Proficient in PowerPoint & Google Slides Experience with Adobe Creative Suite applications and have Creative Cloud skills. Experience working with production is a plus! Experience working with a diverse portfolio of clients including Automotive, TV/Film, Sports, Lifestyle, Fashion & Beauty, Gaming.
