The Scientist will perform established cell-based assays as directed by supervisor. Depending on background and experience, the Scientist may contribute to the design and optimization of assays and/or the analysis of data. Based on job performance, opportunities will be provided for continued training. Responsibilities: + Assess the therapeutic potential of candidate drug molecules using in vitro assays of innate and adaptive immune cell function (NK, myeloid cells, T cells). + Collect and analyzes data + Maintain a detailed, accurate laboratory notebook Experience & Qualifications: + B.S. with 6+ or PhD with 2+ years of experience (industry experience preferred) + Experience in the isolation, culture, and functional characterization of primary human innate immune cells preferred + Experience with FACS highly desired + Proficiency with molecular biology techniques including ELISA, MSD, western, etc. + Demonstrated ability to think creatively. + Enjoys working in fast-paced, dynamic, multinational work environment. + Strong written and oral communication skills. + Excellent organization skills required, must be detail oriented. + Demonstrated ability to work independently Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
