We are seeking to hire a Director of Global Sales Operations to join our growing team based at our Corporate headquarters in Andover, MA, USA which is located about 30 minutes north of Boston.. The Director of Global Sales Operations impacts the organization by being responsible for overseeing all sales operations for the organization, including providing support where needed to ensure successful business operations. Evaluate sales processes, programs, and systems to minimize costs and improve customer satisfaction. Facilitate sharing of reports and sales data between sales, marketing, and other departments.. Works with sales management on the overall strategic sales plans.. Manages and directs the sales administration activities for the sales department.. Conducts sales forecasting and analysis and recommends sales quotas on each product line for sales representatives. Assesses current processes and makes recommendations.. May assist sales staff in generating client proposals, contract administration and preparation and mailing of sales materials.. May oversee a staff of sales administrators.. Conduct business planning process to measure performance.. Keep accurate sales operations records.. Help modify existing sales operations processes, create budgets, and allocate resources to reach all sales operations goals.. Monitor operational performance and lead business meetings to recommend changes to operations.. Provide strategic sales planning, forecasting at regular intervals, analyzing all sales operations, and modify them to make them more efficient without sacrificing effectiveness and quality.. Work with managers to increase productivity and facilitate sales operations by educating others on their company offerings.. QUALIFICATIONS:. Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or similar discipline.. 7+ to 10 years related experience in a similar capacity within the telecommunications industry and leadership certifications may be beneficial.. Must have strong communication abilities to lead a group of sales professionals to reach all organizational objectives in a timely manner.. Strong leadership skills.. Able to multitask effectively on a variety of sales operations projects.. Analytical and strong attention to detail.. Able to work well alone or within a team setting..
