Our Client is seeking a Luxury Jewelry Sales Manager in Boston, MA.


Earn $50,000 to $65,000 per year plus commissions and bonuses at this full-time, permanent position. Work 40 hours per week between Monday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.


Job Description:

  • High end sales and marketing of luxury jewelry
  • Involvement with the recruitment of the boutique team
  • Train, lead and support a team of sales and marketing professionals at the boutique
  • Give customers outstanding support by understanding their needs and recommending the right jewelry
  • Resolve customer issues
  • Maintain professional attitude / relationships with both co-workers and customers
  • Maintain appearance and cleanliness of the store and the team
  • Provide reports to HQ management and ensure monthly sales goals are met
  • Perform local market research
  • Establish local marketing sales strategies and goals for promotion and sales of luxury goods
  • Identify qualified potential clients in the local area
  • Develop customized marketing programs oriented toward the needs of major clients in the local area
  • Establish local marketing and sales strategies and goals for promotion and sales of Company products
  • Provide direct local customer liaison and support
  • Set up local private sales and marketing events
  • Follow up on existing customers when necessary, even organizing marketing trips to visit such customers at home
  • Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships with relevant marketing business partners (magazines, art galleries, PR, etc.)
  • Cultivate relationships with local Jewish community and maintaining customer relationships

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
  • 2 to 5 years experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager
  • 2 to 5 years experience in luxury sales
  • 2 to 5 years experience in sales management
  • Must have high level sales and negotiation skills - Must be able to \"CLOSE\" the sale
  • Must have excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Must have experience operating a cash register and information systems (ERP)
