The diversity of our operations has recently created an opportunity for a new VP of Business Development of our growing Uniform Business in our New York offices.Brooks Brothers Group, Inc is seeking an individual with strong Business Development and Project Management experience to manage all Uniform Accounts. Responsible for the leadership and development of the entire business life cycle, from pitch, contract negotiation, product and program development and program launch. Results are driven through leadership and strong business to business acumen, strong sales and customer service focus and the ability to analyze business objectives, mentor work teams and identify opportunities.Key Accountabilities:* Directly responsible for the business P & L.* Responsible for establishment and achievement of annual sales objectives in coordination with Finance and the Company's business plan* Delivering on company and client expectations.* Build and nurture strong working relationships, driving long term revenue partnerships* Successful management of clients to meet objectives for overall business plans and strategies* Negotiate contracts* Facilitate project prioritization, resources, risk mitigation and budgets* Provide PMO process support and strategic thought partnership for broader business initiatives.* Facilitate meetings with Executive team to provide business updates* Work closely with the Executive Team to identify, analyze and evaluate strategies and initiatives that will result in significant top and bottom-line growth* Strong ability to analyze business demographics to manage appropriate inventory levels* Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred* Minimum of 10+ years' experience* Uniform Experience required* Proven success in driving existing and new business.* Prior experience in attracting large scale business ventures.* Experience in retail preferred* Demonstrated experience in rigorous analytics and problem solving and strategy, operations and project management* Excellent communication, multi-tasking, organizational and people skills* Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook* Experience in top tier management consulting firm preferredAdditionally, Brooks Brothers offers competitive compensation, excellent benefits and a positive work environment designed around the philosophy of mutual respect and the challenge of contributing to the continued success of our organization.We invite you to submit your resume for immediate consideration.Best Regards,The Talent Acquisition Team of Brooks BrothersWe are an equal opportunity employer.We are committed to a healthy and safe workplace for all.#LI-JV1
