Be part of the team of a growing Financial Planning firm. The ideal Administrative Support candidate has excellent computer and organizational skills, friendly communication and phone etiquette and a strong desire to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.     Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule client meetings Answer calls and take messages Scan documents in a timely manner Confirm trade log Ensure client follow up in a timely manner Assist in forwarding e-newsletters and emails Maintain Client Relationship Manager (CRM) database Order office supplies   Skills: Must have excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint as well as strong social media and database management skills Must be well organized Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Attention to detail is imperative Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a variety of personalities Must have a sense of humor and ability to handle pressure Must have positive attitude and create a welcome environment for clients Opportunity: Currently looking for coverage 4 days per week Upon proving to be a strong, positive member of the team this position could develop into a larger one with more responsibilities and opportunity for growth.  Pre-Requisite: Background and drug testing required
