Bay State College, located in Boston's Back Bay, currently has an opening for a Marketing Associate who will report directly to the Vice President of Admissions. We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated marketing professional who thrives on wearing multiple hats and has a strong desire to succeed. You will be joining a team that is committed and passionate about changing lives. The Marketing Associate is responsible for managing marketing and communication actions for the college. This position oversees the website, social media accounts, external communications, marketing campaigns, related reporting and data analysis and the creation and management of internal and external promotional materials. This position works closely with the Vice President of Admissions, additionally, works with Academics and other staff/faculty on programs and initiatives as required. Essential Job Functions:? Lead marketing initiatives throughout the year and assist Vice President of Admissions with marketing objectives and goals.?Review, analyze and report on data from Google Analytics and other campaign support tools.? Maintain website, application and document updates (for all departments).? Digital Advertising Agency Management (SEO, SEM, Paid Social Ads, Content Revisions and Approvals etc.).? Manage various social media accounts and future content creation. Post organic blog and news releases.? Email and Text Campaigns (for all departments) / List management and filtering from lists provided by the department. Marketing materials design/creation/ordering (brochures, flyers, giveaways for admissions and all departments and school-wide events). DocuSign management. Event support (photography, social media, news releases, etc.) for various departments.? Invoices/Vendor management. Work with internal and external teams to identify potential risks before deployment of new marketing campaigns or initiatives in the areas of marketing, product launch readiness, service support, legal, risk, compliance, and controls. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned General Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field with three to five years' of relevant experience. Familiarity with marketing in higher education beneficial but not required. Demonstrated ability to effectively use social media to promote content and events.? Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills with a diverse group of associates and senior business leaders. Ability to multitask and take ownership of multiple projects. Ability to think critically, analyze data and information, and make actionable recommendations.Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Skills Required: ? Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing (SEM, SEO, Display, GEO tactics, etc.) as well as traditional marketing strategies. Proficient with Google Analytics (GA) and interpreting GA's various report sections (Audience, Acquisition, Behaviors, etc.) Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency? Adobe Suite proficiency. Social Media expertise. Blogging. Content Creation Web content management proficiency. Physical Requirements: Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 to 15 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Stooping. Bending body downward and forward. Supervisory Responsibility: Supervisory responsibility (interns) Working Conditions: Normal office conditions. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, overnight, and weekend hours.? Travel:?
