As part of our diverse and dynamic Talent Acquisition team, you will spearhead the development and direction of our recruitment and university relations in support of Allstate's new graduate program and intern opportunities across the enterprise. You will ensure that consistent, high quality recruiting and marketing practices are developed and implemented which positively impact Allstate’s competitive position in the marketplace.

You will be an active participant in Allstate’s college recruitment programs and activities. You will foster relationships/affiliations with students and university representatives as well as partnership organizations (Anita Borg, HACE, NSHMBA, SHPE, NSBE etc.)

Key Responsibilities

Key Role Description:

Responsible for the execution of full life-cycle campus recruiting. Serve as the primary point of contact for educational institutions and the business. Work closely with the business to establish the recruiting approach at designated school(s) to achieve demand. 

In addition, the Campus Recruiter will project manage and operationalize the candidate experience (including schedules, interviews, Hiring Managers, Offers, etc) at Grace Hopper for over 120+ Candidates in 3 days.

The Campus Recruiter will act as the lead recruiter at this event and ensure that every aspect of the Recruiting Process is intentional, efficient and successful so ATSV can meet their hiring goals and attract the top women in technology.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage ATSV client
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with various educational institutions; maintains relationships with students, faculty and staff. Continuously build and strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate across functions at target school(s) to ensure a one campus approach on campus
  • Manage ongoing relationship building with students to help achieve campus recruiting vision and provide a market-leading candidate experience
  • Execute and participate in campus recruiting activities such as campus presentations, career fairs, “sell” receptions/dinners/weekends, etc.
  • Prepare interviewers for interviews, transitioning relevant candidate-specific information; ensure interviewers are trained on behavioral interviewing
  • Manage campus hire interview process including: screening resumes, selecting candidates for interview, conducting interview kick-offs and debrief sessions, managing offer approval process, extending offers and rejecting candidates.
  • Plan, conduct and participate in post-offer pursuit activities (e.g., pursuit team assignments / communications, sell events, office visits, answering questions).
  • Manage the execution of recruitment processes
  • Maintain timely and accurate data in the applicant tracking system
  • Identify networking opportunities to enhance brand image and continued professional development
  • Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree; Minimum 1-3 years of related experience
  • Basic understanding of campus recruiting Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Ability to build strong relationships and networks
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Event-planning skills / Project management skills
  • Ability to travel 50 % during campus season
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Intermediate applicant tracking system/application skills
