Operational Analyst

The Organizational Effectiveness Analyst will be a core member of the OE team within the Training & OE Department. Activities will include the data analysis and development, and in some cases the deployment and execution, of enablement programs designed to drive branch office improvements in the management of non-billed overtime along with other defined organizational challenges. The position involves detailed assessments of branch operational performance along with regular reporting on results and progress.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for conducting advanced data analytics using Excel, SQL and DOMO.
Responsible for developing reports and output using Powerpoint
Responsible for supporting initiatives developed by the Training & OE team.
Responsible for coordinating with field and corporate leadership in support of initiative success.
Responsible for the identification of solutions to strategic challenges.

Additional Responsibilities:
Occasional travel to branch offices to provide additional analysis and operational support
Meet monthly, quarterly and/or yearly objectives as set by the OE Manager and VP Training & OE
Maintain confidentiality of all information and data

Qualifications and Competencies:
Education required:? BS/BA, with distinction preferred, in any business-related or quantitative field. Degree in data analysis is preferred.??

Proven ability to identify and solve problems and adapt to ongoing challenges
Meticulous attention to detail in evaluating and recommending changes to current processes

Strong financial aptitude
Experience working effectively with large teams strongly preferred
Proven and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Internal candidates must have fluency in Allied Universal systems
