Essential Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities

  • First point of contact and represents the organization to its clients
  • Answer telephone calls and forward to the appropriate party
  • Process mail
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable
  • Research and analyze and monthly statements
  • Provide support to Plan Administrative Associate in the production of enrollment materials
  • Print and assemble participant and client documents, as requested
  • File internal documents as required and manage the appropriate archiving of historic paper documents through company's external vendors

  • Scan and save incoming documents
  • Qualifications

  • High School Graduate
  • 1 to 2 years’ office experience
  • QuickBooks knowledge preferred
  • Client-focused outlook with commitment to creating a positive client experience
  • Ability and desire to get the details right
  • Problem solving skills
  • Contingent upon positive and verifiable professional references
