In this role you will be engaging with our customers, partners, sales reps, customer success managers. You will be creating software solutions to integrate 8x8 products and services with external systems or to customize our core products to meet customer requirements. Through that process you will be responsible for the full life-cycle of your solutions. You will be wearing many hats: solution architect, business analyst, project manager, product manager, and more. On any given day you will be working on multiple engagements. Being self-driven with a positive attitude, excellent customer skills and an attention to details, will ensure your success. You will be serving our customers based in the UK and US East Coast.


-Timely manage your integration opportunities pipeline;

-Proactively engage with customers to identify their business needs and technical requirements, creating a positive environment for information exchange;

-Collaboratively engage with 8x8 teams to design software solutions supporting customer needs, and when necessary develop prototypes to confirm feasibility, utilizing 8x8 products, APIs, and software development tools as required;

-Develop accurate, top-notch Statement of Works describing in detail the scope of your solutions, including scope, deliverables, assumptions, R&Rs, timeline, pricing;

-Smoothly project manage customer orders to completion, keeping business systems up to date;

-Individually contribute and oversee participating teams to build your solutions, paying specific attention to usability, supportability and quality;

-Contribute to the teams mission by developing new service offerings, identifying new integration tools, improving business systems, including leading cross-department initiatives;

-Train 8x8 sales and deployment teams on Integrations and Customizations services offerings relevancy.


-Industry expertise with could based contact centers solutions (5+ years);

-Experience developing integration solutions using APIs (3+ years);

-Experience in customer facing roles (5+ years);

-Technical expertise in:

-Contact Center technologies;

-Unified Communications, VOIP;

-CRM such as Salesforce.com, Netsuite, Zendesk, or Microsoft Dynamics;

-Web application architecture and technologies;

-Database such as SQL Server, Oracle or MySQL.

-Optional but of great value: programming experience with PHP, Python or .NET;

-Bachelors degree in a technical field and/or comparable industry certifications and experience.
